Thinnest we've ever found in a sheet by sheet basis was .026 from Alumapanel.

most aluminum places sell .024-.032 12"-36" wide on rolls, so you can buy it by the running foot. i bought some 4 x 10 .022 sheets not painted. town & country aluminum......are what we have here.

That's pretty thin... roof flashing is even .032

What are you using it for if I may ask.

Identification plates in Tx sell trophy aluminum sheets 0.020 and 0.025 in various color. Google "Idplates.com"

they are little id tags we are engraving on the rotary engraver.

Id plates will cut them to the size you need. Johnson Plastic, Ability plastics, Main trophy will do same. If you have metal cutting shear you can cut them in house. Sheets are 12" X 24"
What quantity and sizes do you need?
