Source for 4-5" thick foam letters?

I am quoting a job right now for the inside of a shopping mall, customer wants his 12" letters to be 5" thick.... I think 5" thick is a bit much, but he is pretty set on this, and I want to at least be able to quote it for him (letters will be mounted to the facade of his store). I have already got quotes for 2" thick letters from a MM here, but I am wondering where is the best place to get something like this? I don't have a lot of time, otherwise I could probably do something myself with insulation foam.

Any pointers would be great, thanks!

Check with Peachtree Foramcraft, they should be able to do it.

We can do 4" thick letters in one piece out of EPS foam. 5" is also possible but not a thickness we keep in stock.

Or two pieces of 2" thick Extruded foam.

Anyone close to the Texas panhandle? Friend needs letters to stucco over.
