Source for DX-4 print heads

Looking in North America only. Just bought one on Amazon, total rip off, used dirty print head in dirty torn packaging, from China. F&%K i hate scammers. The sad part, is that Amazon allows Chinese vendors to change company names, and accounts, like socks. I have bought dozens of items from Aliexpress, no problems. Try to buy from a USA company, get screwed.

I bit the bullet and bought from Roland dealer. Changing print heads did nothing! I can not print clean black print or images, looks like massive overspray! My black test print has a dark line down the top side.
