sp-300v cut lines are moving and nothing is fixing the issue

trying everything to fix the issue but no matter what we do the cutline is basically moving in whichever direction it wants to and this includes both service mode/ print-cut adj (regular)/ and calibration.
anyone have any tricks or fixes for this issue?

Usually when the print/cut alignment doesn't work correctly the first thing you want to do is clean the encoder strip and then run the encoder setup and calibration in service mode and then run environmental match in user mode. This will sync the motor and the encoder which fixes these types of issues sometimes. If that doesn't work you might have some other issues going on such as a bad servo board.
