SP-300V wrong colors on first job

Printing strange colors on the first few inches of the first print job every morning for the last 3 days. After the first few inches, then the rest of the prints that day are fine. Any ideas as to why? Today's first print, and a test print from after todays print are attached. Thanks!

Mine did the same sometimes. Just ran a couple inches of a CMYK strip beforehand then it clears up.
Didn’t seem worth a service call…

I´m sure if you make a nozzle test before starting printing, you will see that some colors print wrong, e. g. some cyan nozzles print black.

It could happen specially with worn cap tops or wipers, but for some other reasons too that wrong ink is pulled into nozzles. That will be solved during printing. you can see in your nozzle test that black ink is firing with other nozzle groups.

Is your printer properly maintenanced?
