SP 540 V will not print strait lines HELP!!

I have a Roland SP540V At first I thought I was just having trouble contour cutting. I now realize that my printing is off too. If I print a 6 foot stripe the front edge and rear edge of the stripe match up but the center is bowed. It will do this everytime. I had a tech here and they checked the cable tension and did a alignment test and adjusted the machine but its still doing the same thing. I have a huge job with stripes ranging from 6 feet to 30 feet any help would be appreciated. also if aqnyone know a great roland tech in the Charlotte north Carolina Area let me know.

Def clean the encoder strip but before you run another entire job and waste materials before to run some calibration tests just to be sure. Good luck!
