Need Help SP-540V printhead issues

So I got an old SP-540V and an SP-300.

The 540 only printed black, the other 3 colours are clogged on the printheads. I took the working dx4 printheads (from the 300) and installed them in the 540 and I got some blue and black on the first run, second run after cleaning I was back to only black.
Putting the dx4s back on the sp300 they work fine. (I did not set the new headranks on the 540 when I tried the other printhead out)

Is this a fuse issue?

Any advise is welcome!

The head ranks don't make any difference. If the fuse blows nothing will print at all, not partial print like you are getting there on the black. It is possible the yellow/magenta fuse has blown, which would stop that head printing anything.
if your 540 hasn't printed for a long time chances are the dampers and ink lines are clogged, which would explain why you are not getting any output on the cyan and only partial on the black.
Change the dampers and captops, check the lines are free from any clogs and also the pump and lines to it

damonCA21 Thanks for your quick reply. I have new captops and dampers, and tried all colors on the one working printhead inlet, so I know that the inklines are working. (I get the same pattern with each color.)
So maybe the black and cyan is fine and the yellow/magenta fuse has blown. Will try finding the fuses and measure if they are working.
Right now I'm soaking the heads to and will test the flow again tomorrow.

Will get back with more input tomorrow after I reinstall the old heads (if they are unclogged).

Thanks!
