Sp 540v problems Main board

I have a 540 was printing great. Then half way through the print, no K/C output. Fuse was blown on the main board. replaced the fuss. Bam blown agian(only when I preformed a test print). Replaced the head, head cables and fuse. Same thing again. Looked over the main board print and replaced the voltage transistors(4) for head 0. up and runnig agian for about 12feet of 54inch print. Bam! Down again same problem. I checked the output voltage from the power supply(41v. steady and clean)during intense cutting and normal start up,Rock solid voltage. The main ribon cable to the carriage head board shows no sign of wear or damage. Is ther something I am missing ? Maybe an different test I can perform?
Thanks :banghead:
