Need Help sp 540v problems

turn on the machines goes into cleaning mode for about 3 seconds then i get a 0101 code

You need to run the limit position initialization. That should fix the issue. It's in service mode and is described in the service manual if you have one.

When i try to run the limit position, it keeps coming up saying cleaning no matter what. Just time the machine is turned off, it comes back on with cleaning.

Are you in service mode? Make sure the head carriage is "locked" in. John

I mis-typed. It isn't in the service mode. You have to hold down the left, up and right arrows while powering on to do the limit position.

Had already tried that and it still comes up trying to clean.
