sp-540v vinyl cutting

My boss wants me to do all the vinyl cutting on the newly purchased sp-540v. He wants to sell the panther 30' plotter i love. Question; do you guys use the roland for your vinyl? So far i'm frustrated with it. It seems slow and a real pain to make sure it will track right. Plus the fact that I havent been able to get sign tools3 working with it either.

No way. In 2 years the only time I used it for just cutting vinyl is when I had to cut a bunch of 48" paint masks. Otherwise my Gerber Envision 375 or Graphtec 30" get used.
