sp300 and flexi rip

Just got flexi cloud up and going. We have a roland sp300 and can't get a good profile printing well
We use oracal 3551 mostly. If I use that profile and a 3551 media profile it prints good color but has a line under whatever we print. Does anyone have some good feed back on the sp300 and flexi 11 what profiles are you using? We normally use wasatch bit I would like to utilize the rip in flexi.
Any insight would be great
