sp300 heater power board replacement

Would anyone have disassembly and assembly instructions for replacing the heater power board in the sp300.? Its in the bottom part of the printer but I cant figure out how to get to it. Thanks

Unfortunately that's the heater control board, its the heater power board located in the bottom of the printer.

I don't have instructions, but I had to change on of mine about a year ago. What I did was remove the front lower panel, as well as the back lower panel then you'll have access from both sides. make sure you label all the wires before unplugging (I used masking tape and wrote what number slot the corresponded to), otherwise it will be much more difficult to get them correctly if you're guessing. Let me know if you have any other questions about it.

Correct, and same kind of thing on the backside. Just curious, if you haven't actually accessed the board yet, how do you know it needs replacing?

The front dryer heater is not heating past about 98 degrees. My service guy swapped with the print dryer and the problem followed. He was going to change out the board but did not have one. He then advised that he cant get them from Roland anymore. I found one on Ebay.
I had removed the lower front cover but did not the rear cover. How did you get the screws out that hold the board in?
