SP300 lost connection with USB

I don't have connection with printer. I try Peck 5, for firmware update (run machine with combine left,up,down keys), i try connect with versaworks, colorip. I have new mainboard, without computer printer work fine. :banghead:
It seems to computer don't detect's printer ....
