sp300 print prob

Anyone knows why printing solid color sometimes just seem to print lighter for maybe 4-5 pass then it comes back ok then it will do again 10'' later. I think that i dont realy see it when there lots of picture or graphic but when its solid color its worst

I think is "starvation" from dampers. You should check them out. Also the cap-tops.

Could be the vinyl has a flat spot there where it was laying on it's side????

Does it go away or get closer as the roll is used?
