Sp300i Banding Issues

Hi

I seem to be getting alot of banding in my prints. I've done manual cleanings, cleaned encoder strip, adjusted my bi-directionals, multiple powerful cleanings. Also the tubes were changed around 3 months ago. My machines are pretty old but the print heads should have been changed about a year or 2 ago and the scan motor was replaced 6 within the past 6 months. I wanted to see if its an easy fix or if something I can do before I have to call a tech and get over charged. Please if any one can give me some advice that would be great. Here are some pictures of the problem and a test print:

Head with cyan needs replaced.
Get on sign in china.com less than $600 also order an encoder sensor and strip as well. They are too cheap not to replace before going bad.
Don't call a tech. Get 2 phillips head screw drivers 1 small and 1 large. Turn power on the back off. Remove all the covers. Then unscrew 3 small screws to head bracket. Unplug two cables going to head and reverse directions with new head. Roland charges $1100+ for a head don't buy from them.
