SP300V getting lines in the prints. HELP!

Just got this problem yesterday. I'm printing on some 3164g.

Tried changing profiles with no luck. Did a machine/head cleaning and still the same.

What could it be?

Seems to be in all colors!

Help?!?!?
thanks

The test print did not show any missing nozzles?

Can you check your allignment test prints. It looks to be a fade on every advance of the media. Almost like the feed was off or the allignment if you were printing bi direction. If you try uni direction and it goes away then you know it would be allignment issues.

First thought would have been missing nozzles.

Hi,

Looks like a feed calibration prob. Have you tried a feed calibration adjustment? Also, could be laying down too much ink too quick. But try the feed thing first.

Also try using W-pass if not already, and choose a profile with more passes.

Ok!

Did some printing in uni direction and looks great..

did the lineament thing and changed the numbers, still have that problem when printing on bi

Did I just not get it right?

I don't know the SP300 but in the older roland there is a bi direction test print and allignment.

Sound like allignment for Bi Direction

do you do regular manual cleanings? Once in a while I get some small fuzz on our 540 and it looks like that. A good manual cleaning fixes it right up...
