Sp300v Help please

into the woods

New Member
I purchased a used sp300 . It was carried up from a basement and back down to a basement. Prior to moving it printed great. I tried my first print and all I got was faded yellow on the image. Nothing happens on my test prints. I check the lines and dampers and there now doesn't seem to be any ink in the lines (there was prior to running cleaning and pump cycle) any advice would be appreciated. I wanted to up my print game and am now feeling fully defeated ‍♀️

You can try a pump up. Just looks like the lines are dry. Alternatively, with the machine turned off and unplugged with the head in it's station, you can attach a syringe to the line after the cap top and gently pull ink through.
