Call Roland and see if you can get two from them. They probably won't because you are crossing the service line. Perhaps a Roland dealer would help you out?

I am pretty sure I need new heads anyway.. So I am just going to buy 2 new heads.

I just changed the ink lines that run from the cartridges to the dampers, I changed the dampers also. I am waiting on the printhead cables and the new print heads. Hopefully all my problems go away after changing all this stuff...
Can anyone tell me how to in circuit test the Transistors on the mother board?

I hope you bought your print heads from a certified Roland dealer...
