Possible. Power off the printer and unplug. Turn on PC and let fully boot. Turn on the printer and plug the USB back to the computer.

Let us know results.

well..I found the driver disk and reinstalled them then just moved the printer and it all of the sudden started working.

Possible connection in the cable or maybe even the USB connection on the mainboard of the printer... hopefully you continue without any further issues.

I had this same exact thing happen and started freaking out...I restarted computer, turned off printer and turned it back on, and it worked again....
