max ink setting....

Under system info on your printer control panel click on 'Ink'...what does it say? Could be that your printer is telling versaworks its using a different ink than it really is. No idea how to fix that if it's the case but maybe that will point you in the right direction

Thank you I can get off roland sight but they are rml...I run Windows 7 and it's automatically installing roland sp300v eco sol NO loading roland sp300v eco sol max ink...I think this is problem dunno....

Ok I printed out system info It does say ink type Eco Sol 4 color it Does not say Eco Sol Max....wonder if I go into service mode and change ink settings..? Thanks

Roland sp300 using Windows u but if you can't load d media profiles go to your menu on printer look at ink control make sure you have eco sol max selected...
