after 1 month of not printing, new heads, new fuses...got the thing printing...have made 3 -4 prints. now constant service call code 0105 - checked all that the manual suggests...printhead and cut carriage and connection and disconnecting perfect, ran the limit initialize set up 10 times now...cleaned encoder strip, even cleaned limit sensor...ideas?

May be the cut carriage cable that connects the cutter carriage to the mainboard.

Service manual states:

Tool Carriage Connection Error

Machine fails to connect the Tool Carriage to the Head Carriage

Cause
Fault at Tool Carriage Connection
Loose of Connection Part
Fault of the Limit Position Initalize value
Limit Sensor does not work correctly or is broken

Action
1) Check for mechanical Backlash or loose with the Tool Carriage Part
2) Lock position Adjustment
3) Limit Position and Cut Down Position Initalize
4) Limit Sensor Replacement

has anyone here replaced the limit sensor...looking at the sensor map it in the guide book it looks to be in the same spot the encoder strip sensor is...any ideas?
