sp540 Issues

We have a sp540v in the shop here and it is giving us an error that the temp is to low. anyone have any ideas where to start? because of our location it is big money just to get a tech to come here from a roland dealer. we talked to roland and they said it could be the main board or the heads why don;t you just buy a new machine from us. obviously i would like to get some second opinions and felt this was the best place to go.

thanks in advance for all the help.

My SP300V will do that sometimes when I turn off the building heater at night, usually after the rooms warms up in the morning everything will be back to normal.
