Sp540 roland spitting.

Our SP540 has been spitting large dots of ink on all prints . Yesterday black, today red. Please help me solve this.

Do a manual claen using swabs and cleaning fluid...check to see if you have dirt or "hairs" hanging from your heads. Clean your wiper scraper, wipers, and around the caps stations.

yeah its most likely a hair. Just look at the print head as it passes. You'll probably see it.

Yup, I get those too if I run large jobs with heavy coverage. A simple manual cleaning and we're good to go again.

U have dust or lint cotton on your heads
