I fixed the problem by myself. I went CVS and bought alcohol swab.
I cleaned encoding strip with it, and now the printer is back on to normal.

How many hours on the scan/feed motors?
Hopefully it is just the encoder strip as mentioned.

I don't know the hours on motors.

I thought I fixed the problem. Actualy it is better, but not fixed.
Now It is not sliding much but vertical alignments are tiny bit off every 3 inchs. I think I have to call tech to look at.

Finally! Fixed!
I am glad I fixed it before I call service tech. I save few hundred dallars!
I serched google and it direct me back to Signs101.com.:signs101:

I tried remove encoder strip to clean and put it back on. No luck, So i removed it again and put it upside down, and it is even worse. Keep having Carriage disconnect error. So I cleaned sensor. And finally, it is printing flawlessly!

Thank you all those people who share valuable information and experience!
Now I am back on to my project!
