SP540v Print Head Replacment?

I need to Replace the Black/Cyan Print head in my Sp.
My Questions?

Where to buy From?

Is Sign in China safe and is it a real Print Head?

Can I install this myself? I am Very handy I have had almost everything else apart in this printer.

I live in the eastern Part of Ohio Is there a Roland Tec that is in this part of the world that will not charge me 3+ hours just to get here? 20 Miles south of Canton Ohio

I have done all the steps to make sure that it is the head and I am 90% sure
