sp54v0 prints not drying even after two weeks

roland inks, avery mpi2000 , after a week or two can rub ink of with finger, has anyone had this issue?

We run a bit of the MPI2000 and we've never had that problem, it seems to dry fast in my opinion. Do you have the correct profile you're using? Ink limits?

Are you sure you've got the correct ink carts? EcoSol Max

After 2 weeks even a bucket of ink, exposed to air, would dry. I would say you got some bad ink or it's extremely humid where you are.
