Specialty materials - who and why?

I'm looking to change vendors for our eco-solvent printable specialty materials such as Holographic, Glitter, Gold, Chrome etc.
Who are you using and why do you use them? Can you bleed cut those materials when printed with eco-solvent? TYIA!
