Having print speed issue with a ROLAND VS 640 6 colors CMYKLcLm. Can anyone please help me to have increase the printing speed ?

Set VW to run High Speed. That's the fastest you'll get unless you have a different RIP where you can set parameters.

Set the printer to 2 x CMYK will help much.
