Spitfire problem Ink status No ink (45)

just saw that I have three supply cyan color, 1 magenta I miss???? Cartrige are normally filled

Does anyone know how to solve this problem, it means every time I turn off the machine and turn on again this error appears, and then I or type the card with the data for the color (I have data for color 1000 ml already), or filling ink done

hi can i ask which type version card you use?,got an issue with mine,it cant seem to 'see' the card to load ink credits.thanks
