splotchy colors on Avery wrap vinyl?

Anyone know what is causing this to happen? I have been messing with settings, but am thinking it is a material issue? I have never had this problem before

I'ld be calling for a replacement roll, I'ld suggest a different brand though.

I had the same problem with a single roll a few months back, sent it back and got a replacement that was perfectly fine. Haven't had an issue before or since with dozens of rolls. On another note, that roll that i had the issue with looked fine when i ran it through the roland instead of the hp, kind of weird.
