Spray onto print bed Mutoh 1604

After cleaning all my drain pipes and spit tray last week.
I have a fine spray of what looks like black ink appearing onto the print bed.
I thought this was a build up of fluff/lint around the print head due to printing banners.
I have found some banner material reinforcement material can come off and cause issues.
Can anyone help or do I have to go further into my cleaning?

I worked this one out myself.

The issue was the positioning of the spit pad housing was incorrect.
This should be over to the left on the next screw fixing.
The screw fixing was for the cover plate, which is removed to see what is going on and for easier maintenance.
