Squeegie Knuckle anyone?

So I was crankin out some signs today and realized something....my knuckles on my right hand are shiny and smooth as all get out...

Anyone else have this condition? If you don't you're not holding your squeegie right

I dont really get squeegee-knuckle. I have gotten installers-azz a time or two but I just watch my step more nowadays.
