I need some help bad. My hard drive crashed the other day and I had to put in a new one. The bad news is I do not have the original disk for this plotter, bought used. All the forms that I have read say that Graphtec CE-3000 CE-5000 and the ones ending in mki is the driver I need for SSK Designtech 60. I have download every XP 32 bit Graphtec driver I found on thier website and still cannot get the plotter to work. Any suggestion need to continue to work and I'm all stop. Don
I have also set the printing preferences to the following:
Roll, 100 x13.7, none, 0 and landscape.
It show the printer on the bottom like it wants to work then it just disappears. Is there a setting that I'm missing on the computer that will get them to talk to each other?
