i have so many customers that i service that i had to keep the solvent technology to make sure the color was correct based on their previous prints.

not to mention its a nice "overflow" printer.

Good idea on the Mutoh. That would be a bitch if you had to repair a project and couldnt match the prints. Have you done any comparison. How do the colors match up?

they are close. but a bit different. with the more matte of the latex, its deff off.

like any other shop having hundreds of wrapped cars on the road, that play ping pong with other cars, we get lots of requests for fixes. quarter panels, etc.

i was really worried my clients would get pissed if i couldnt match the existing colors etc.

its really crazy how you realize these things. you think oh great new stuff. then you go, uh oh. i got other customers that need the SAME stuff. ugh. so much for getting rid of fumes!

Color matches on repairs are limited. Lots of things change.. don't limit yourself from growing because of this issue.

We use them weekly and have for almost 2 years.
