Suggestions Stouse... But in canada?

Is there an equivalence to stouse in canada? I need 10000 outdoor decals, round shape, individually cut. I've checked the prices on stouse website and it make more sence to outsource this kind of job. But if I can have a company here in canada, it would be less problems with the customs. Thanks.

4over has a trade acct. Theres a couple... but the prices are insane compared to USA prices. 4over has been the cheapest / decent quality i've found.
