Question Strange Cyan lines when printing yellow with Flexi

Can anyone help with this?
Strange lines along x which shadow the yellow shapes. But are offset left and down about an inch (2.5cm)
They only show up when printing something with yellow.

What printer?

Have you run all the printhead checks and what not?

I don't think that is a software or RIP issue.
Could be a head cable or head going bad.
