Strange Problem using Corel x3 and Signcut

Hello group from downunder Perth WA .Here is a strange problem that has just started to happen when I send some text to signcut say 50mm it will show up as 37mm in signcut .I know I can change it in signcut but I did forget once and lost a metre of window etch vinyl as the text came smaller what am I doing wrong. This has just started to happen.

If you have customized your work space save it first. Then while restarting Corel hold down the F8 key to reset to defaults and see if that resolves it.
