Streamlining my material stock / What Vinyls do you use?

I am on with stream lining what stock I hold for Self Adhesive digital printing. At the moment I carry:- Oracal 3164 (used for cheap short term prints) Arlon DPF 4500 (used for mid term vehicle graphics and flat panel signs. 3M Controltac IJ180 (used for moderate curved wraps) 3M Envision 480 (used for complex curved wraps) I have used other materials but this is what has ended up in stock. We have tried using Arlon DPF 6000 for wrapping but compared to 3Ms materials it takes twice as long to fit. Just looking for something new and in the case of 3Ms materials a cheaper option. I know these questions will have been asked countless times but:- So what is everyone else using for Self Adhesive printing? Do you have a favourite and what is the easiest to use? Thanks SC

Quit buggin' me
I try to keep it simple here,
180c with matching lam for anything considered long term - signs or wraps.
IJ35c for most of the temp stuff along with a no name brand intermediate white (read:cheap stuff) for really temp stuff.
Single or short rolls of window perf, static cling & some oracal 210 for the temp stuff.
We have a 3M dealer here and they pretty much price match with what I can get myself stateside - minus the shipping.
Freight kills me out here - Priority Air Mail through the post office is the best I can get in a reasonable timeframe and it runs $85 to $100 per roll.

The 3M materials over here in the UK are the most expensive available.
Their is no chance of any price matching over other materials either.
For Instance Arlon 6000dpf is half the price of IJ180?

I love the 3M materials but the cost of the material is getting prohibitive.

What we use:
Arlon 6000XRP with 3220 laminate for anything outdoors. Works great for glass installs. I sell to another shop and their installer is very happy with it.

Kapco 3.2mil matte calendared for indoors and short term products. Prints beautifully.(can't remember the p/n) We use their KJGLAM if the job needs laminate.

Solvex for window perf. We shoot it with 2 coats of automotive door jamb clear. Stellar results.

Banner: JetFlex 13oz. Been using it for years. YMMV

Magna Cum Laude - School of Hard Knocks
3M IJ180C / 8518 lam for anything going on a vehicle, and most outdoor applications.
IJ35C for temporary, semi permanent signage, as well as decals.
IJ 8171 for window perfs / Oracal 290F Optically clear lam
Graphic Solutions Group's house 13 oz Banner (Starprint)

That's the bulk of what we run. We do have clear vinyl, reflective, static cling, canvas, fabrics, polypropylene, and other stuff for other work.

35C + signmax 3 year overlam for short to mid term signs
Orafol 5400 for flat reflective signs
Orafol 5650 for reflective vehicle decals/wraps

That is pretty much my default vinyls in my shop
