Struggle With Font Identity

When matching fonts I find myself a lot of times struggling to do so. I've tried multiple time the Identifying sites with no success. I know it gets bothersome for people constantly ask. So I want to learn what you Font Geniuses are doing to know fonts so fast. I've been in business going on 13 years and it seems the last couple I've ran into font issues more than ever before. Like the one I attached below. Thank you for the help.

I think a great deal are using software like this Find my Font | Identify a font from image, find font from photo, find font from picture
but there are many experienced professionals that have been designing signs for so long they know a lot of font names,
or at least they can narrow their search to find fonts easily.

These Font People are just amazing how fast they know them.

Plus one for Find My Font! It was a pain in the ass to buy,
but it is a awesome program and a must have for anyone
in signs and graphics.

The trick with Find My Font is to choose one or two of the most unique letters and search
for just those letters, otherwise it bogs down and gives thousands of false positives...
also the best match is often the third or forth match it finds.
