Stuck in a rut!

Looking to spice my company up somehow or some way.
Right now we do Signs, banners, t-shirts, etching, canvas, wraps, wall vinyl, etc. Looking for something new or a niche market..
Winters are always slow for me, looking to make it fun. Either adding a new product or advertising somehow.

Any ideas?

Could give automotive tint and paint protection (clear bra) a shot. It's also slower in the winter time, but maybe both together will keep you busy.

Could try the paint protection. I have tinted since i was 15 and have been getting out of it the last few years. Just no money in it for the time it takes me. I am kind of particular with it so it takes me a while.
