Stuck on this font ID and need a little help

I have tried WhatTheFont, WhatFontIs & Identifont to no avail. I tried submitting it like this, and even stretched it horizontally, figuring the font's been compressed, and still no luck. Any leads to the right font would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Devo, as your experience broadens, you will look back on this and maybe chuckle a bit.

There are some major differences between these typefaces -- for most members here, far too great. Have a closer look and educate yourself. You will never stop learning.

Around here where I work, I have been called a font Nazi and The Font Police, yet my knowledge pales to Rex's...
