stud mounted letter help.

I currently work with a CNC router and Adobe Illustrator. Everytime I am required to cut out letters to be stud mounted I have to manually put dots in every letter to be drilled by the CNC. Is there a way to automate this process? Its so tedious. I also use Aspire to program the CNC files.

Agreed, it comes with experience to know where and how many studs and of which size to be placed on a letter etc.

You say you use Aspire it only takes a minute to add the dots there. doesn't have to be the exact size either as the drill program will drill in the center of it. I do this all the time or I will pocket for lights. I cut all my letters mirrored so the back is up
