Stupid Question of the Week (Flexi)

Been using Flexi for years. How do you set font color so that it remains the same every time you open program. Can't find solution any where. Default always goes to white.

Deselect everything, click on your black swatch (or whatever color you want to be the default color)
It will show in the lower right screen as your fill color.

Yea I do that Mike but it always goes back to white as default when I re-open program. Anyway to set it permanent?

Save your preferences with todays date. Close the program. Load the recent preference (using the preference manager)
before opening the program. To do that go to Start> Programs > Flexi> Preference Mgr.

 

[Drip Dry]

Before you select the text tool, and nothing is selected, click on the pallet color you want to be default. Then click on the page. This will make that color default from then on. Problem is that it's easy to change the default without knowing it. It's very annoying
