we are doing a 24" x 96" outdoor sign, printed on the mutoh vj1617h for a good client
he gave us an awful original, but, after running it through topaz ai (thank you victor!) it looks fine

sintra is an INSIDE substrate, i believe (although i just saw some promotional sintra signs we did 3-1/2 yr. ago, that the client put on outside of the building. they look GREAT!

OTHER THAN aluminum what would my top choice be?

would sintra be acceptable if we used optically clear laminate over it?

Which Topaz Labs app did you use? Gigapixel?

Yes. I have one particular client (we have done business with the family for 30 years, they own many businesses). He sends a low res image off a phone & wants it printed 72” wide. Gigapixelmis a life saver.

gigapixel worked great for us. We are lucky, many of our clients actually have pro designers. We get very nice images To work with.

One extra thing I always do on outside signs, is I spray them with SEM 13003 Clear Marine Vinyl spray . It protects from scratching and UV and the sign will last longer and fade less.
