Suction Cups to hang sign(s) in Windows

I've searched high and low (well, maybe just high) for good quality suction cups to hang signs from on a window interior. Now, I've found many places that sell suction cups, but just your run of the mill suction cups. I wouldn't necessary trust them. Maybe I'm way off base and there is something totally different I could suggest to my customer but... in the meantime, can anyone suggest a supplier that carries decent quality suction cups for hanging signs in windows? The signs are 24 x 36 mounted double sided to PVC. Not overly heavy, but not lightweight either. Customer insists that they hang from the window (not adhere to the window), so that is what I'm attempting to do! Any help would be mucho appreciated! [Hopefully a supplier in Canada or one that will ship to Canada!!]
