Suggestions Suggestion on how to manage project work flow:

Good day everyone. I joined my parents' company two years ago and they didn't have a proper project management tool to track the status of projects.
My friend suggested setting up a job progress tracker using Google Sheets, which is what I did.

However, I don't think it is user-friendly enough.

I have five production and installation personnel in my company.
Do you have any suggestions or advice for me?

I like making signs
Lots of good threads on this subject. Personally, I use SignTracker. I have the ability to assign tasks to certain people and update each project as it goes along. I can create estimates, contracts with signatures, etc. There is a Job Flow Chart that you can customize. Opportunity, Design, Need to Order, Pending, Production, Install, Etc. There are a lot of other programs out there also. Use the search function to find some of them and bookmark the thread. Here is a screen shot from the web.
