Suggestions on lettering team names on jerseys...

Hi all,

I'm looking at a bid for a customer who wants his team members names on their jerseys. Since this is a one-off for each shirt, I can't really sub this out to a wholesale screenprinter. So, any suggestions of what I can do? Is there any ink-sublimation vinyl my plotter can cut that I can heat apply to the jerseys?

Yes,

Stahls, Siser and Fibron are brands that work great and hold up just as well or even better than silk screen.

Reverse cut and heat press - it's simple. Follow the directions as per the manufacturer.

Beacon Graphics also carries Thermoflex that you can cut on your plotter, as stated before just make sure to cut it in reverse and apply with a heat press.
