Summa Control Panel "ERROR"

Hello,

I am new to the signage industry and would really appreciate any technical help.

The control panel will only read the cutter after I restart the machine. Each job requires a restart of the cutter and consistent checking with control panel to see if it responds. If I do not restart the cutter after every job a violation connection error appears.

I assume it is software although the newest drivers and software have all the same out come. I have even tried on 3 different computers 2 of them being brand new. The error is below.

Call Summa support... they are the best. Doesn't matter if you are the orig owner or whatever- they will help you. Gene
