I hope someone can help me everything was working great before Christmas. Went to cut some signs and my cutter would not acknowledge what I was sending to it. I could do a test cut etc so I now it is okay. I use signblazer 5 with windows XP. I have checked everything all the settings in summacut is the same in signblazer. I had a computer man come and have a look the other day and he could not get it to work either. He download upgrades etc and now the summacut won't poweron at all I have checked the fuse by the power plug and changed that but nothing. The computer man put a usb converter to serial port and did not work even tried usb going into usb on the cutter but nothing. Has what he did buggered my cutter all together.
