summa cutting jagged

My ten year old Summa sign pro tangential cutter just started cutting jagged edges.
I figured bad blade, but I changed out three times and same problem.
I cut simple squares and jagged and rough on all. (not cutting strip, I don't believe)

I have had this happen in the past and went away after reinserting blade or checking holder.
Any ideas?

Replace the cutting strip to eliminate a simple variable. Can't tell you how many times I've gotten burned looking for the major issue and it ends up being simple. Those are Homer moments. DOH!
